Skil 92991

Technically, the Skil 92991 is a battery charger, but here at Tools Master, we cover everything that is of value, particularly with the home improvement guy in mind. The 92991 is a can charge 7.2-18 volts pod and stick style batteries. More importantly, this configuration is what we usually see on cordless tools. It can be had for less than $50, and, if you use a lot of cordless tools, having a different charger/adapter for each could pose a logistics issue.

The 92991 is plain and simple. It has a charge indicator light, can charge as quickly as an hour, and is compact at only 3.3″ x 8.8″ x 7.2″. It is compatible with batteries modelled 96BAT, 120BAT, 144BAT and 180BAT.

What people have to say

“Having used the charger only twice in the 30 days I have had it, I am happy with it. It appears to work well with the batteries for which it is designed.” G. Collins – Batesville, Arizona

“It’s small and charges very quickly; I like the versatility of it being able to handle batteries of different voltages.” Seattleite – Seattle, Washington

“Throw away those cheap chargers that come with the tools. Works fast and even brought back a battery what wouldn’t hold a charge with the little charger.” Mister C – Fairfield, California
